Sausage, Potato, and Onion Dinner
Serves 2-4
Ingredients:
1 pound smoked sausage, cut into 1 inch wide pieces (I use turkey)
3 medium potatoes, washed and sliced
1 medium onion, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
¾ – 1 cup water
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Sauté the onion over medium heat until translucent.
- Add the potatoes and cook until slightly tender.
- Add the sausage and water.
- Cover and simmer until heated through.
- Add salt and pepper to taste
